We ship all our products in biodegradable bags or cardboard boxes as we try do our very best to reduce our environmental impact.

As our products are a slow labour of love the current shipping time frame and waitlist for new orders is via the top website banner. Normally we work with a 2-3 week waitlist

Domestic shipping

We ship with Aus Post therefore upon dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking details. Shipping is a flat rate of $10

Shipping delays once we have sent off with the post man are unfortunately out of our control.

Please note unfortunately we don't take responsibility for stolen goods, we recommend using an Postal Locker for safe collection.

International shipping 

We ship with Aus Post therefore upon dispatch you will receive an email with your tracking details. 

Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for delivered stolen goods.

International shipping

Please note that international shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount


Exchange/Refund

We don't offer exchanges/refunds on customised goods unless the good arrives faulty or with the incorrect details due to our error.
