Production Timeframes

As our items are handmade and often customised, dispatch typically takes 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. During periods of high demand, timeframes may vary depending on order volume and supply availability.

The current estimated timeframe is always displayed clearly at the top of our website. While we do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, all timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change.

Custom Orders & Refunds

Due to their personalised nature, customised items are not eligible for refunds, as they cannot be resold.

Please double check all personalisation details (names, spelling, phone numbers, sizing) before placing your order.
If an error occurs on our end, we will happily replace, remake, or refund your item and will prioritise it for dispatch.

Custom Tags 

Our tags are made from malleable metal which makes them able to be hand stamped. Over time and with regular wear, they may show signs of use including:
• Surface wear and patina
• Slight bending
• Stretching of tag holes and snapping. 
This is caused by constant movement and jiggling

All hardware components (jump rings, split rings, clips, etc) are considered sacrificial pieces. These parts are designed to take the strain first and may:
• Catch or snag
• Open under pressure
Sudden snagging may result in loss. Please do not attach a lead to the hardware ring, as this can cause it to open instantly.

For this reason, we strongly recommend checking hardware regularly and replacing worn pieces when needed.

Please note that international shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
